Looking Ahead: Biggleswade Town

Written by Jon Underwood

A trip to Biggleswade Town awaits the Rebels tomorrow.

We look forward to the trip to Biggleswade tomorrow and having lost Tuesday's game to the weather, this presents an opportunity to bounce back from last weekend's disappointment and hopefully pick up our first points of 2017.

We are very aware of the qualities that Biggleswade possess and saw them play very well down at Weymouth over Christmas where they came within a few minutes of picking up all three points. They are on a good run of form and we know this will be a tough game but our ambition this season is promotion and it's vital that we get a positive result tomorrow and stay in touch with the other sides in the top 5.

We are still without Warren Harris (knee) and Josh Jackman who broke his finger playing for Kingstonian in midweek, while Tom Biss is abroad with work.

Both Gurkan Gokmen and Adrian Sear will play for Burnham tomorrow and we will therefore travel with the following 15 man squad:

Mark Scott, Sean Fraser, Nathan Smart, Paul Stonehouse, Guy Hollis, Mark Nisbet, Dan Hicks, Lee Togwell, Nathan Webb, Simon Dunn, James Dobson, Lewis Putman, Charlie Moone, Gavin James, Chris Flood.

* There will be a pitch inspection at 09:30 tomorrow morning ahead of the trip to Biggleswade. Look out for further updates via Twitter (@sloughtownfc) and the official website.
