The funeral of Mick Newton, Chairman of sponsors MyFC, will take place on Tuesday 20th December at Rawden Crematorium in Leeds at 12:20.
The family have requested that flowers are only provided by the family, and will confirm at a later date where to send any donations in Mick's memory.
